We have experience with wire sizes starting from φ0.3 and pipe materials with an outer diameter of φ0.89-t0.15 and above. 【Advantages of This Processing】 As a single-piece processing method, machining with lathes and other equipment can be too elongated and difficult, or even if it is possible, it may take a lot of time and require various processing jigs. If the quality and cost do not meet the targets, producing parts separately and then welding them can bring the quality and cost closer to the goals. Although this results in multiple parts, each can be processed at normal costs without the need for special jigs, and areas where surface roughness was unsatisfactory in single-piece processing can be improved.
